The mill leaves what the lathe expects
FittingsOS can resolve a catalog row and leave the mill a parametric center-body from published envelope tables such as SAE AS1376. The lathe finishes the ends. Handoff is a solid in the product — not a certified NC tape, and not a print taped to the vise.

One list, from balloon to Form 3
Print balloon, in-process check, and first-article Form 3 can share one characteristic list. Lock is not approve. Two people sign when you configure dual control. These are software tools. They do not certify your quality system.

Desk seats. The floor is free.
Named seats for the office. Tablet clock-in on the floor does not consume a seat under the current commercial model. 3+2 means index plus work plane — not TCP, not Swiss, not continuous 5-axis.

FittingsOS keeps quality records you enter. It does not claim AS9100, Nadcap, ISO, FAA, or EASA approval, and it does not replace a shop certificate.
Controlled data stays in the shop
Do not send prints, programs, or export-controlled technical data on this form. If the work needs a controlled channel, we open one. Montes Software LLC is not your Empowered Official.
Hosted software, stated clearly
Not SOC 2 certified. Montes Software LLC is building toward SOC 2 Type I (Security). We are not currently SOC 2 certified. This page describes current hosted posture. It is not an attestation report.
Marks we do not own
AS, MS, AN, NAS, and similar designations name published fitting and aerospace standards. SAE, the U.S. Government, and other publishers are not affiliated with FittingsOS and do not endorse this software.
A web quote is an inquiry
Submitting the public form is not an offer, not an Order Form, and not AS9100 contract review. No MSA is formed until a written commercial agreement is signed.
